The bracelet is very pretty and has a good weight to it (does not feel cheap). Ordered on January 23 and received on February 23. They set an accurate expectation for shipping time, so I gave it 5 stars. No further communication was needed from the seller other than the tracking information, which was acceptable given that it is difficult to track items as they go through customs, so I gave that 5 stars as well. Good price for a good product. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.
